iCartes (“we”, “us”) provides a self-service website builder for restaurants. This page describes what information we collect and how it's used.

Information we collect

• Account information from Google sign-in (name, email address).
• Restaurant content you publish (menu, hours, contact details, images) — this is public by design once your site is published.
• Support requests you submit through the admin panel, including any screenshot you attach.
• Basic usage analytics via Vercel Analytics, on every page including restaurant sites — this doesn't use cookies.
• Basic usage analytics via Contentsquare, on iCartes' own marketing, admin, and account pages only (not on restaurant sites).
• A first-party cookie (icartes_vid) on restaurant sites, storing a random, anonymous ID with no personal information — used only to count unique visitors and page views for that restaurant's own analytics dashboard.

How we use it

To operate your restaurant's site, respond to support requests, and improve the product.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
